Writing about fall is not new to this blog! One of my most viewed posts to this day is my Fall Candle Haul from 2016 + 2018 (apparently I alternate years for this.) I always take the seasonal change as an opportunity to set a new vibe.

This year is a bit different as I am not running around town taking inventory of all the smelly-goods. So this year I bring you the virtual, easy-to-shop version of the Fall Candle Haul! Basically, I’m just sharing the candles I know and love and will be shopping right along with you.

As always, I’m a big believer in shopping high and low for candles. Homegoods is one of my all-time favorite places to find candles but I cannot link any of their products and I’m not going to tell you to leave the house if you don’t have to. There are plenty of great options online!

I used to go all-out with the fall scents but turns out my better half cannot stomach it. They literally make her nauseous. Perks to working from home is I can burn it for a bit while she is at work but she still comes home swearing she can smell marshmallow.

Speaking of marshmallow, this is my favorite basic fall candle. It’s not pumpkin or spice-y but I absolutely love it and reminds me of my college days. Ahh, simpler times.

Speaking of basic candles, this is Shelby’s favorite. As the container states it is INTENSE and doesn’t need to be lit for very long to fill the room. This is a fall/winter scent in my book!

As for my Target lovers, here are my top recommendations for candles to add to your drive-up order.

As for more of a mini-candle splurge (this is all relative when you’re burning money) I love the brand Pickwick & Co. I first discovered them at my local candle store Society. This is my favorite scent.

This candle brand has a cult following and for good reason. If I didn’t have to curb my candle scents I would 100% pick this one up. Also this one.

If you’re ready to splurge, this is my top pick. I truly enjoy the smell of campfire and this is just that. If you’re also sensitive to fall-like smells you may be able to tolerate this one.

This seemed like a good opportunity to remind you to trim your wicks between burns to 1/4”. This prevents the wick from smoking and helps the candle burn evenly. Here’s the same wick trimmer I have.

I hope you enjoyed this virtual Fall Candle Haul! I’d love to know which type of scents you’re most drawn to. Are you a Zan or a Shelby?

Thanks for stopping by and have a great week!
