Meditation Monday - Determining Your Everyday Rituals

Hey Monday,

I'm so happy to drop in and share one of my favorite topics today, rituals. Sure, you're familiar with the word but chances are you're not yet ready to list your own daily or weekly rituals. 

We hear how important it is to get your morning meditation in or that lunch time walk. When it comes down to it, what rituals actually work for you and how can we make the most of these rituals at home?

If your daily wind-down time involves a run in the park that doesn't exclude you. Yes, even if your activity is outside the home there are ways we can support your ritual within your space. 

First step, determining our rituals. Take stock this week of some reoccurring themes. These should be activities you do daily or weekly that light you up or bring peace to your day. At the end of this week, you should be able to look back and recognize a ritual or two.

Not sure you have any? That's totally cool! Our rituals can be super sneaky underlying themes. No rush in figuring this one out! Once you do, you'll be able to begin this intentional design process.
